We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with significant expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules like AP, AR, PO, RMCS, OSM and GL. Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams. This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, enabling the delivery of solutions aligned with strategic objectives, reducing operational risk.
Business Requirements Analysis
Demonstrates strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules and end-to-end processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report to effectively support M&A; activities
Understands business workplace and helps to connect/align relevant business stakeholders
Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business stakeholders
Interacts regularly with senior management level stakeholders, and demonstrates value from realized projects
Responsible to design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on functional expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors, as appropriate
Documents and reviews broader team documentation
Testing & Test Design
Coordinates integration testing, validates test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and training,



and obtains sign-offs
Project Management
Manages multiple application releases and projects
System Configurations
Designs forward looking configurations by recognizing future needs aligned with the business roadmap
Develops configuration standards
Supports and trains junior resources and oversees quality in triage and troubleshooting practices
Training and Change Management
Works with functional leadership teams to set expectations and conduct planning and execution of SME training activities
Executes medium-scale vendor evaluations, pricing negotiations and software acquisitions
7+ years experience in Oracle Cloud Modules
~ Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
