Job Description We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to support a mix of Healthcare, Administrative, Non-IT, and IT staffing requirements across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on healthcare (non Clinical) and non-IT positions while being comfortable handling occasional IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US-based contract and permanent positions.
Work on a variety of roles including:
Healthcare Billing & Collections
Claims Examiner / Claims Processor
Credentialing Coordinator
Patient Financial Representative
Patient Access Representative
Medical Records Specialist
Administrative / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Data Entry Specialist
Power BI Developer and other IT roles as assigned
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.




Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting updates.
Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers and clients.
Ensure compliance with client-specific submission requirements and recruiting processes.
Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment.
- Robust experience recruiting for Healthcare and Non-IT positions .
- Exposure to IT recruitment is Required.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
