We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. Experience: 2-3 Years
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top IT talent.
Job Postings: Create and manage job postings for various IT positions, ensuring they are well-written and aligned with company branding.
Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, ideally in the tech industry.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical jargon.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
