Role Description The Chief of Staff at ZynnexAI will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving execution on key initiatives and ensuring alignment across product, operations, sales, and customer success. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing cross-functional projects, preparing leadership reviews, tracking OKRs, and streamlining decision-making processes.



The Chief of Staff will coordinate executive communications, synthesize insights from data and stakeholder feedback, and translate strategy into clear action plans. The role also requires building robust relationships across the organization and helping scale systems and practices in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
Strong skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management to drive cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence.
Experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and meeting facilitation, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Background in data-driven decision-making, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage for multilingual financial workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, chief of staff, or founder's office roles is preferred.
