Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices and REST APIs.

Drive technical design, coding standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant applications using Spring Boot and distributed systems patterns.

Work with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.





Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and delivery quality.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, preferably Java 17+.

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate.

Microservices architecture and REST API development.

SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.

Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, JVM performance, and design patterns.

Technical leadership, mentoring, and production troubleshooting experience.

Preferred Skills

Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

OAuth 2.0, JWT, Redis, and observability tools.

Banking/BFSI experience in core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, or financial transaction processing.
