Growth Associate (Sales): The First voice every family hears!
Blue Ocean is a selective, founder-led education consulting practice. You also know and own how we track every lead, from first enquiry to handover, using our CRM and tools. Because you sit at the very top of the funnel, the quality of everything that follows depends on how you do this.
Be the first person prospective families speak to on calls, via email, and over WhatsApp.
Own the CRM. Exceptional English, spoken and written. Comfort with a CRM and everyday digital tools, or the ability to pick them up rapid.
~2 to 3 years in a client-facing, sales, or counselling role. Exceptional freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply.
Compensation: 5 to 6 lakh per annum (based on experience).
This is not a remote role, and the work week is 6 days.
