AVR UNIFORMS is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support its client-facing sales operations from E-51, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-110028. This role is suited to a confident professional who can manage customer communication, coordinate internal sales activities, and help maintain efficient, responsive business operations.

Responsibilities

- Handle client meetings, enquiries, follow-ups, and professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to keep customer requirements and sales activities on schedule.
- Maintain solid client relationships and accurate CRM records.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline routine work.
- Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate effective resolutions.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM operations, customer handling, or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong professional communication skills.
- Strong client-facing ability, relationship management skills, and consistent follow-through.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in daily work.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, CRM platforms, and sales documentation.
- Candidates aged 30–40 years are preferred.
- A stable employment history, preferably including two to three years with previous employers, will be valued.
- The position is based at E-51, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-110028, with a monthly salary of ₹50,000–₹70,000 depending on experience and suitability.
