Software Engineer
Job Purpose: The role involves developing user-friendly, secure, and effective applications to streamline workflows, improve data management, and support the organization's mission.

Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based and mobile applications based on organizational requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing applications, dashboards, and digital tools to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance.
Develop and manage databases, APIs, and integrations with third-party platforms and existing organizational systems.
Implement application security measures, access controls, and data protection practices to safeguard organizational information.
Identify opportunities for process automation and develop digital solutions to improve operational efficiency across departments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide technical support and user training.
Maintain technical documentation, conduct testing,



and ensure application quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications or equivalent practical experience will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in application development.
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining web or mobile applications.
- Freshers with strong programming skills and demonstrable projects may also be considered, depending on organizational requirements.

Proficiency in programming languages and web technologies such as Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or .NET.

- Knowledge of application testing, debugging, deployment, cloud hosting, and data security, including authentication, authorization, and access management.
