The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce automation.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as required.- Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.- Build automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.- Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.- Participate in code reviews, unit testing,



deployments, and production support.- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.Required Skills : - 6 - 9 years of Salesforce development experience.- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.- Experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Email-to-Case.- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.- Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, debugging, and performance optimization.- Experience with Git, Salesforce deployment tools, and CI/CD practices.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills : - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.- Experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.- Knowledge of Experience Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
