Lead and manage talent acquisition activities and recruiting teams across India

Oversee full-cycle recruitment across commercial, corporate, manufacturing, operations, engineering, and leadership functions

Build strategic talent pipelines and develop proactive sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and provide talent market intelligence

Minimum 10 years progressive talent acquisition experience with team leadership

Robust stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills

Experience with ATS, CRM, and reporting platforms

Bachelor's degree required; Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing industry experience preferred
