Eurofins seeks a Program Manager to oversee integrated drug discovery programs in Recent Delhi. The role involves project planning, cross-functional coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure programs meet timelines, milestones, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers

Coordinate program activities across multidisciplinary scientific teams and sites

Monitor program performance against scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables

Prepare program reports and dashboards; support financial tracking and forecasting

Identify and escalate risks, issues, and schedule impacts to leadership

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy
- 1–3 years of project or program management experience in CRO, biotech, or pharma
- Knowledge of integrated drug discovery, chemistry, biology, ADME/DMPK, and safety workflows
- Strong program planning, budget management, and financial acumen
- Experience with risk, issue, and change management in cross-functional programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
