Solid project management, communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.





Strong F and A domain experience with knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R processes, reporting, and client requirements.

Hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA, Tableau, and MS Office, including dashboard development, data modeling, reporting, and visualization. Lead Business Reporting and Governance across Client and Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, Change Management, Analytics, and Automation. Partner with Account and Service Delivery leadership to ensure delivery meets SLAs, contractual requirements, and client expectations.

Manage and mentor 30 plus professionals, driving resource planning, performance, engagement, capability development, and continuous improvement. Lead client relationships, governance forums, escalations, and operational reviews while driving automation, visualization, and data-driven decision-making
