This Product Manager role will help shape how Avam’s scientific product portfolio evolves to meet customer needs and market opportunities. You will work closely with technical and commercial partners to guide product direction, align priorities, and support decisions that balance scientific depth with business impact.

Define product strategy and roadmap for Avam’s scientific product portfolio.

Set priorities for Avam’s products and customer experiences, aligning the work with the organization’s mission and goals.

Coordinate with teams across the organization to plan, deliver, and improve products, programs, or services.





Use research and performance data to recommend changes and guide future product decisions.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

- 4+ years of product management experience in biotechnology or life sciences.
- Experience managing scientific products from discovery through commercial launch.
- Experience with scientific product areas or technical environments such as biotech research tools, diagnostics, lab instrumentation, manufacturing workflows, and cleaner-energy materials applications.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across research, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
