ABHYAAS is an IIT-JEE & NEET coaching institute founded and run by IITian faculty. We are opening our new branch in Jawahar Nagar, Sri Ganganagar, and are looking for an experienced, well-connected sales and marketing qualified to lead admissions for the branch from day one. You'll be the face of ABHYAAS in Sri Ganganagar: the person parents trust, schools welcome, and students remember.
Own the admissions target for the branch across Brain Gym (Class 6-7), Foundation (Class 8-10) and IIT-JEE/NEET (Class 11-12) programmes.
Plan and run school seminars, scholarship tests, parent meetings and branch launch events.
Counsel students and parents, run centre visits and demo classes, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Lead field marketing campaigns and guide the tele-calling and field team.
Track every lead and follow-up in our CRM, and report weekly on enquiries, conversions and campaign results.
Share market insights (competitor activity, fee trends, parent concerns) to help shape our strategy.
Rs 35,000 - Rs 50,000 per month, based on experience.

have minimum 1 years of experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, admission counselling or business development at a coaching institute, school, edtech or similar organisation.
Experience at a leading coaching institute in Sri Ganganagar such as ALLEN, Aakash, PhysicsWallah (PW) or other well-known local JEE/NEET institutes will be highly preferred.
Must be from the Sri Ganganagar area, with a strong network among local schools, teachers and educational institutions.
Proven record of meeting admission or sales targets.
Confident, persuasive communicator in Hindi and English; Punjabi is a strong plus.
Own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with daily field work.
Graduate degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.
