Job Title: Practice Head – Banking & Financial Services (BFS)
Experience: 22–25+ Years
We are looking for a seasoned Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Practice Head to lead and grow our BFSI business. The ideal candidate should have deep banking domain expertise, strong industry relationships, and experience in driving business growth through GTM initiatives, solutioning, consulting, and strategic partnerships. This is a leadership role focused on expanding our BFSI practice across existing and new markets through consulting-led transformation, strategic partnerships, and innovative digital solutions..

Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, solution development, and value propositions for Banking and Financial Services clients.
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Financial Institutions.
Drive consulting-led engagements, digital transformation,



core banking modernization, payments, lending, wealth management, and regulatory transformation initiatives.
Build strategic alliances with technology partners such as Finacle, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Thought Machine, Mambu, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Desired Skills & Experience

- 20–25+ years of experience in Banking & Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, Wealth Management, and Digital Banking.
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, and practice leadership.
- Experience driving digital transformation and core banking modernization engagements.
- Strong CXO connect with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
- Experience managing large consulting engagements and leading global delivery teams.
- Good understanding of AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Automation, and emerging banking technologies.
