We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building HR processes and working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
HR Operations: Manage employee documentation, HRMS, attendance, leave, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll, salary revisions, PF, ESI, skilled tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Policies & Processes: Develop and implement HR policies,



employee handbook guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Performance Management: Manage KRAs, KPIs, performance reviews, probation assessments, and performance improvement plans.
Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, internal communication, and retention initiatives.
Employee Relations: HR Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards for hiring, attrition, attendance, headcount, and other key HR metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of payroll, compensation, statutory compliance, and Indian labour laws.
- Experience in HR policy implementation and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A hands-on HR professional who can take ownership of people operations, build scalable HR processes, partner with leadership, and contribute to a strong, performance-driven culture at Lane.
