About the Role CareerSecure is looking for a result-oriented Regional Sales Executive to develop university and college partnerships and drive student enrollments for its industry-oriented practical learning programs across HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Business Analytics.Promote CareerSecure's practical learning programs to BBA and MBA students.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain sales reports, lead records and pipeline updates in the company's CRM.

Develop regional outreach strategies to expand CareerSecure's institutional network.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, EdTech sales or student counselling.

Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple leads.

Comfortable communicating with college authorities and students.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.

Compensation Salary and performance-based incentives will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and the company's compensation structure.
