About the Organization:

SmartED Innovation is offering an internship chance focused on campus recruitment and campus relations. The role provides interns with the opportunity to support activities that connect an organization with educational institutions and student communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support campus recruitment activities and help coordinate engagement with colleges and educational institutions.
- Assist in planning and organizing campus drives, student outreach initiatives, and related recruitment activities.
- Coordinate communication with college representatives, placement cells, student groups, and other campus stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of campus contacts, recruitment activities, schedules, and participation details.
- Support the preparation and circulation of recruitment-related communications, announcements, and information.




- Assist with candidate registration, scheduling, attendance tracking, and follow-up during campus activities.
- Help gather feedback from students, institutions, and internal teams to improve campus engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of campus relations and recruitment responsibilities.
- Prepare activity updates and share relevant progress information with the appropriate team members.
