Gen AI EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Gemini Enterprise to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP techniques.- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enable accurate, context-aware responses using enterprise data.- Work with Gemini Enterprise to develop and integrate AI-powered enterprise solutions.- Leverage GCP services to build, deploy, and manage AI/ML applications.- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications, conversational AI solutions, and intelligent assistants.- Implement prompt engineering, context management, embeddings, and vector search techniques to improve AI response quality.- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.- Evaluate and optimize AI models and applications for accuracy, latency, scalability, security,



and cost efficiency.- Apply best practices for responsible AI, data privacy, access control, and governance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI applications.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technical domains.- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.- Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.- Robust understanding of LLMs and NLP concepts, including prompt engineering and text processing.- Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise.- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Understanding of model integration, API development, and production deployment practices.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Qualification: Any Graduate or Above (ref:hirist.tech)
