About the Role:A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPO organization, is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant for their Gurgaon office.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and HRIS solutions.- Provide technical leadership for Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend (Build), Orchestrations, and Agents.- Oversee and mentor HRIS, Workday, and integration team members, providing technical direction and performance guidance.- Manage technical delivery across multiple Workday projects, enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.- Design and implement automation solutions to improve HR processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.- Develop scalable data models and integration architectures based on business and technical requirements.- Collaborate with HR, IT, security, payroll, benefits, finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Support global Workday operations across multiple regions, business units, and regulatory environments.- Establish and maintain technical standards, development practices, documentation,



testing processes, and deployment procedures.- Troubleshoot complex Workday integration and data issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.- Ensure solutions meet organizational requirements for security, data integrity, scalability, and performance.- Evaluate new Workday capabilities and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization.- Partner with stakeholders and vendors as required to deliver Workday-related initiatives.Experience:- 6 - 10 years of progressive Workday experience, with increasing levels of technical ownership and responsibility.- At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience overseeing HRIS, Workday, or integration teams.- Strong experience with automation, data modeling, APIs, and web services.- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex integrations.- Experience working in a global environment supporting geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
