Join us to help us shape the future of payments. Legal Strategy & Business Advisory: Advise the CEO and senior leadership on business initiatives, legal risks, and strategic decisions.
Commercial Contracts: Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of customer, merchant, vendor, SaaS, technology, and partnership agreements.
Regulatory & Compliance: Advise on applicable financial services, payments, technology, and data privacy regulations.
Corporate Governance: Support board matters, statutory documentation, due diligence, corporate restructuring, and external legal counsel coordination.
Risk Management: Identify legal and commercial risks, develop mitigation strategies,



and review current products and business models.
Policy & Process Development: Establish contract management frameworks, legal processes, templates, and internal training.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and manage relationships with external law firms, regulators, and consultants.

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) Master's Degree in Law (LL.4–6 years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience as an in-house legal counsel is strongly preferred.
- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or SaaS organizations is mandatory.

Candidates with experience in fintech, payments, payment gateways, payment aggregators, acquiring businesses, neobanks, cross-border payments, or related organizations will be highly valued and can bring immediate impact to the role.
