We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven Brand & Category Manager to lead end-to-end brand and category development. This role blends consumer insights, product strategy, brand building, and revenue ownership to scale high-impact healthcare solutions. Brand & Category Ownership

Manage pricing, positioning, packaging, and portfolio strategy.

Consumer Insights & Market Research

Identify unmet needs to unlock growth opportunities.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and strengthen brand identity, narrative, and value proposition.

Ensure consistent communication across digital and offline platforms.

Collaborate with product, growth, and medical teams.

Performance Marketing & Growth

Partner with performance marketing teams to drive scalable growth.

Content & Creative Leadership

Guide content,



storytelling, and campaign strategies.

Work closely with designers, copywriters, and agencies to ensure brand excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze campaign and business performance to derive actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Growth roles.
- Background in D2C, consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, or high-growth startups.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and consumer psychology.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
