Job Title: Tele caller – Operations Support

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company offering services such as Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AEPS, Bill Payments, POS Machines, CMS, and other digital financial solutions. We are looking for a confident and customer focused Telecaller to support our operations team and ensure smooth communication with customers and partners.
?Calling & Customer Communication

- Make calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners
- Follow up on pending documents, KYC, and operational requirements

?Operational Support

- Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding and updates
- Maintain daily call records, feedback, and follow-ups
- Share updates and insights with the operations team

✅Experience

- 6 months to 2 years in telecalling / customer service / telesales
- Fintech or banking experience is a plus

Graduate
Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
