Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission experience. The role also includes meeting admission targets, supporting outreach initiatives, and representing Digi Global in a professional and welcoming manner.
