Responsibilities

- Build awareness of UrbanScholar among students through college communities, peer networks and relevant online channels.
- Share approved programme information and promotional content through student groups and social media.
- Coordinate with student clubs, campus representatives and community contacts to identify outreach opportunities.
- Respond to initial student enquiries accurately and connect interested prospects with the appropriate internal team.
- Help interested students understand and complete the registration process.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, responses and follow-ups, and share observations that can improve campaign performance.

Requirements





- Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline.
- Prior work experience is not required; an interest in marketing, community engagement or business development is valued.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise tasks, work independently and follow up responsibly.
- Comfort with remote collaboration and sharing information clearly and accurately.

The internship runs for one month and is remote. It offers a performance-based monthly earning chance of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, depending on target achievement; neither amount is guaranteed. Targets, calculation methods and payment schedules will be explained before joining. Interns will receive team guidance and gain experience in campaign execution, student communication, lead follow-up and outreach reporting. A completion certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the internship requirements, and exceptional contributors may also be considered for a letter of recommendation.
