Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / H1B Transfer Specialist / OPT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US staffing, visa categories, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
Source and recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders and H1B candidates.
Handle H1B transfers and project transfer requirements.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals,



and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills

- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and visa categories.
- Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT, and H1B candidates.
- Understanding of H1B transfers and project transfers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
