We are looking for a motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join Zaldern Staffing. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across the US market.

- Understand job descriptions, hiring requirements, mandatory qualifications, experience levels, and client expectations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, industry knowledge, communication skills, salary expectations, location, and availability.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and follow-up schedules in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal recruitment teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Meet recruitment KPIs related to sourcing, qualified submissions, interview conversion, and placements.
- Work during US business hours and coordinate effectively with US-based clients and hiring teams.

Candidates should have experience recruiting for one or more of the following non-IT sectors:

Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, and other construction professionals.

Quality Assurance Managers, Quality Engineers, Production Managers, Plant Managers,



and Maintenance professionals.

Legal
Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support professionals, and other legal staff.

Healthcare administration, clinical support, and other relevant non-IT healthcare positions.

Other Professional and Commercial Roles
Operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, administration, and customer service.
Previous experience in US non-IT recruitment or US staffing.

- Solid understanding of US recruitment processes, candidate screening, and client submissions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad during the US night shift.

Experience recruiting for US construction, manufacturing, legal, or other specialized non-IT roles.
• Experience working with US staffing agencies, direct clients, or recruitment teams.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Quality and relevance of candidate submissions.
- Recruitment pipeline management and timely follow-ups.
- Achievement of assigned recruitment targets and placements.
- Accuracy of ATS records and compliance with internal recruitment processes.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Hyderabad, India. The selected candidate must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours and collaborating with a team handling US-based recruitment assignments.
