Role Description As a Customer Service Officer at payrentz, you will be the voice of the company. You will join our established customer support team as a key point of contact for our customers, managing conversations across phone and chat and making sure every request is followed through to closure. Manage inbound and outbound calls and chat conversations, responding to customer queries with clarity, empathy, and speed.
Work closely with operations, service, and accounts teams to resolve delivery, pickup, service, billing, and payment related requests.
Update the CRM and internal portals with every interaction, request status, and resolution in a timely manner.
Make outbound calls for order confirmations, service updates, payment reminders, and customer feedback.
Improve the customer experience: Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues and service improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

A graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or customer support, including handling queries, complaints, and service requests in a structured call centre environment.
Freshers with right attitude and mindset are also welcome to apply.




Excellent spoken and written English, along with fluency in at least one regional language, is a must.
Fluency in additional languages such as Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is an added advantage.
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and chats while staying calm and courteous.
Working knowledge of CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic computer applications.
Prior experience in retail, rental services, e-commerce, or consumer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

While this position is based out of our Chennai office, remote or hybrid working can be considered for deserving candidates.
