Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Community Manager with 1–2 years of experience in real estate or a finance-related background. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day community operations and address customer or resident queries.

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, clients, and other stakeholders.

Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Maintain records, reports, documentation, and community-related data.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with financial documentation, payment follow-ups, and basic reporting,



wherever required.

Ensure timely resolution of queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant work experience in real estate, finance, banking, or customer relationship management.

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, BBA, or a related discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and documentation.

Solid organisational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
