Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities,



and industry developments.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the technology or AI/software solutions industry.
Solid understanding of the local market and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (must English)
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
