Job Requirements

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy industry.
- Experience in field-based lead generation and market visits is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for solar rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.





Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers, target areas, and new project opportunities.

Analyze market potential and recommend suitable areas for business development.

Follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements and move leads towards conversion.

Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for customer requirements, quotations, and project proposals.

Maintain lead databases, customer interaction records, and follow-up reports.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

Achieve assigned lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development targets.
