Role Overview : We are seeking an analytical, business-oriented Associate Manager of GTM Analytics, Insights and AI to help optimize the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, business intelligence, strategic insights, and AI-driven innovation, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve revenue performance and inform business decisions.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of GTM performance across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating functions.- Build, maintain, and continuously improve executive dashboards (in Looker and Coefficient), operational scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.- Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers that power GTM dashboards, forecasting models, and AI-enabled applications.- Own and evolve the GTM data model within the organization's central data warehouse (ClickHouse).- Write and optimize SQL and Python to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data across multiple sources.- Analyze the end-to-end GTM funnel, from demand generation through revenue realization, customer retention, and expansion.- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows that enable GTM teams to access contextual,



data-driven answers.- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, BDRs, and Finance leadership.Required Qualifications : - 4 - 7 years of experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations, sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical functions.- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a central data warehouse (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or PostgreSQL).- Proficiency in Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.- Robust foundation in data modeling and database design.- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using BI platforms like Looker, Coefficient, Tableau, or Power BI.- Practical experience using generative AI tools, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic development.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience building and deploying production-ready AI agents or LLM-powered applications.- Experience developing machine learning models for forecasting or segmentation.- Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as dbt or Airflow.- Experience with CRM and GTM platforms like HubSpot, Gong, Jira, or Zendesk.- Experience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional projects.
