Envertiz Consultancy is hiring an energetic and hands-on Event Coordinator on behalf of our partner, a dynamic event management company in Kochi. If you are passionate about bringing events to life across corporate events, concerts, festivals, and brand activations, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning and execution of events from pre-production to post-event closure
Manage client communication and translate requirements into effective execution plans
Coordinate with vendors including sound, lighting, AV, fabrication, decor, catering, and logistics
Lead and coordinate on-ground teams, freelancers, and event crew
Monitor event schedules, budgets, documentation, and deliverables
Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-site operational challenges
Ensure compliance with venue requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
Coordinate with internal Sales, Creative, Marketing, and Production teams





Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or Diploma
- 1–2 years in event management, event production, experiential marketing, or media
- Strong multitasking, communication, and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, weekends, and event days
