Role Description The Salesperson role at Capital Pharma is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the Salesperson will identify and engage prospective clients within the life sciences sector, present recruitment solutions, and build long-term business relationships. Daily responsibilities include prospecting,



conducting client meetings and calls, understanding client hiring needs, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to deliver suitable candidates. The Salesperson will manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with colleagues to support overall business growth.

Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, ideally within recruitment or life sciences.

Proficiency in basic IT tools and CRM systems, and comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics.

Knowledge or interest in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or broader life sciences sector is highly beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in sales, account management, or recruitment is preferred but not strictly required.
