Communicate professionally with customers through calls, emails and other digital channels, as required.

Work with computer applications, online platforms and internal business systems.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow standard operating procedures and meet assigned quality and productivity targets.

Good spoken and written English communication.

Practical knowledge of computers and internet-based applications.

Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word,



email and document management.

Ability to learn new software and digital tools.

Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience.

Applicants from customer service, BPO, administration, sales support, IT, banking, retail, hospitality or other industries.

Candidates willing to work full-time from our Erode office.

Prior travel and tourism experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Monthly salary of 15,000–25,000, depending on skills and experience.
