Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer with 3 - 6 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, frontend frameworks, REST APIs, and MongoDB, with the ability to develop reliable, production-ready software solutions.Experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, or B2B SaaS will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.- Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions.- Build responsive web interfaces, backend services, and RESTful APIs.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SRS and system design documents.- Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, code reviews, and coding best practices.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.- Optimize application performance, scalability,
