Sales Manager – Hotel, Restaurant & Banquet

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across our hotel, restaurant and banquet operations in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building robust corporate relationships, increasing room occupancy, and securing restaurant and banquet bookings.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and business growth targets.

- Generate leads and acquire corporate clients for hotel room bookings, corporate stays, meetings and events.
- Drive banquet bookings for weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, conferences and celebrations.
- Promote restaurant bookings for group dining, corporate gatherings, parties and special occasions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate companies, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners and local businesses.
- Identify current business opportunities through networking, market research and local business development activities.
- Coordinate with hotel operations, restaurant and banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.




- Monitor competitors, maintain sales reports and track leads, conversions and revenue performance.

2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales, banquet sales, event sales or business development.

- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the Vadodara corporate and hospitality market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business and basic sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
- A personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
- Graduate degree preferred; hospitality or sales-related qualifications are an advantage.
