Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment and sales cycle, including understanding candidate profiles, submitting resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up on feedback. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, expanding the vendor network,



tracking candidate status, and updating internal systems and reports. Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales skills focused on IT consulting and staffing.

Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Candidates should possess Account Management and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client and vendor networks.

Experience in US IT staffing, bench sales, or technical recruitment is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and qualified networks for candidate and client outreach.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
