SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Manager of Accounting and Controlling for its Bangalore office. The role oversees operating expense accounting, month-end close activities, direct tax operations, and supervision of an accounts payable team.
Responsibilities
Manage operating expense and payroll accounting for accurate month-end reporting
Oversee month-end close activities and conduct variance analysis
Prepare operating expense forecasts to support planning and control
Supervise two-member accounts payable team
Handle direct tax calculations, TDS, advance tax, and banking operations
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
Minimum 7 years of accounting or finance experience
Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting software
Experience with operating expense and payroll accounting
Knowledge of direct tax calculations and banking operations
SAP and Oracle experience advantageous
