Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and website inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-ups
Candidates with more than 2 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Hands-on exposure to B2B sales and business development
