Title: Client Account Manager (Shopify and Digital Projects) Location: Remote, India

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time

We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager / Senior Digital Project Manager to independently manage client delivery across Shopify, WordPress, websites, SEO, digital marketing, and web application projects.

This is not a project coordinator role. You will own projects end-to-end, act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and expectations, identify risks, and ensure smooth delivery with minimal supervision. Candidates without Shopify project delivery experience will not be considered.

Own client projects from onboarding through successful delivery.

Manage developers, designers, SEO, content, and marketing teams.

Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.

Proactively identify risks, delays, scope issues, and bottlenecks.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

Track projects, resources, budgets, and profitability in Monday.com.





Escalate significant technical, commercial, or client risks to management.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience managing digital agency projects.
- Proven experience delivering Shopify projects from brief to launch (store builds, theme customisation, apps, migrations).
- Robust experience with WordPress is preferred.
- Experience managing websites, web applications, client portals, or SaaS projects.
- Experience working with SEO, content, social media, and digital marketing teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and remote teams.
- Experience working with UK, US, or Australian clients.
- Strong understanding of website development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
