Role : Staff Full Stack AI EngineerLocation : Bangalore, India (Onsite)Availability : Immediate Joiners PreferredAre you a hands-on technology leader passionate about building scalable enterprise applications and next-generation AI-powered solutions?We're looking for a Staff Full Stack AI Engineer who can combine strong full-stack engineering expertise with practical Generative AI experience to build reusable AI components, intelligent workflows, and production-ready AI agents.What You'll Work On : - Design and build AI agents, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines.- Develop reusable AI components, shared libraries, and enterprise-grade platforms.- Modernize legacy applications using AI-powered development workflows and agentic solutions.- Build scalable applications using React.js, TypeScript, Angular, Python, Java, REST APIs, and microservices.- Integrate Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and AI gateways such as LiteLLM.- Drive architecture decisions, secure AI integrations, and end-to-end technical delivery.- Implement CI/CD pipelines,



containerized deployments, and AI quality, performance, and cost monitoring.What We're Looking For : - 8+ years of full-stack development experience with architecture-level ownership.- 2 - 3+ years of hands-on AI/LLM implementation experience in production.- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Angular, Python, and Java.- Practical experience with RAG, AI agents, MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.- Experience building reusable components or shared platforms adopted by multiple teams.- Proven technical leadership in delivering complex enterprise applications and AI solutions.- Robust understanding of API security, OAuth2/OIDC, AI governance, and secure credential management.- Experience with Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure/AWS, LangGraph, LangSmith/Langfuse, and AI evaluation frameworks will be an added advantage.
