AI/ML Engineer / Lead / ArchitectWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer, Lead, or Architect with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, along with hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable AI-driven solutions that address business requirements and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and relevant AI frameworks.- Build and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI applications to automate workflows and solve complex business problems.- Develop AI agents and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.- Design and implement scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures on GCP, AWS, or Azure.- Work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Optimize AI models and applications for performance, scalability, reliability,



and cost efficiency.- Implement API integrations and backend services to support AI-powered applications.- Establish best practices for AI solution development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.- For Lead/Architect roles, provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, and guide engineering teams in delivering AI solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related technical roles.- Strong programming skills in Python.- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based applications.- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model integration, and production deployment.- Experience designing and developing scalable applications and REST APIs.- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Qualification: Any Graduate or Above (ref:hirist.tech)
