Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The Senior Business Development Executive will engage with prospective learners and corporate clients, understand their education and training needs, and present suitable programs and solutions.



Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, and ensuring high conversion and retention rates. The role also requires collaboration with marketing, academic, and operations teams to refine offerings, gather feedback from the market, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in identifying opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and drive long-term partnerships.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in EdTech, education, or related service industries.
Ability to work with targets, analyze performance metrics, and use CRM tools or sales software effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
