About Us: DataSoft Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT/State Recruiter (3+ Years Experience) to drive the growth of our US Staffing Services. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team while actively contributing to technical recruitment initiatives.

We are looking for a motivated US IT/ State Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically supporting State Government clients . The ideal candidate should have experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working on multiple state accounts while delivering quality candidates within tight deadlines.

Required Experience

- 3+ years of experience in US IT/ State Clients Recruitment .
- Hands-on experience recruiting for State Government clients , including:
- Experience working on contract positions for state government agencies.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.





Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for State Government IT requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and job portals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal account managers.

Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
Understanding of US work authorization/visa types (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
Experience supporting multiple State Government clients simultaneously.
