Responsibilities
- Develop, create, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Build social media strategies and content calendars aligned with client brand voices, marketing goals, and business objectives.
- Research market developments, audience behavior, and platform trends to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community conversations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals while encouraging meaningful audience engagement.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and other performance metrics; prepare reports and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and other marketing team members to produce visually compelling content.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to improve targeting, reach, and return on investment.
- Coordinate social media activities and support team handling to ensure consistent delivery across client accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Prior Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Good understanding of social media metrics, analytics, reporting, content planning, and paid advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different client brands and audiences.
- Robust organization, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client priorities.
- Experience: Candidates with relevant social media management experience are encouraged to apply.
