Empire Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company specializing in Cross-Border Transportation and Supply Chain Solutions across the BBIN region. We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with robust industry connections and proven expertise in handling clients engaged in trade with Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.

Generate new business opportunities and onboard corporate clients engaged in cross-border trade.
Drive business growth for India-Bangladesh, India-Nepal, and India-Bhutan logistics corridors.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and customer presentations.
Conduct business meetings, customer visits, and contract negotiations.
Identify new trade lanes, industries, and growth opportunities within the BBIN region.
Achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
Provide regular market intelligence,



competitor analysis, and sales reports to management.

Candidate RequirementsMandatory Experience
Minimum 3-10 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, EXIM Trade, or Cross-Border Logistics.
Hands-on experience handling customers trading with Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan .
Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
Strong network among importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and logistics stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Language Skills
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Good knowledge of Outlook, Email Communication, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare business reports, sales pipelines, and customer proposals.

Experience dealing with large corporate clients and SMEs.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently developing new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel across India and neighboring countries whenever required.
