Position: Senior Accountant – Corporate Accounting

Job Description: You will be a part of Corporate Accounting team that will set up framework for efficient and effective business processes by adopting a global shoring model. You will have a unique opportunity enhance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, and support preparation of financial statements in local GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP for multiple entities.

Carry out financial close processes in compliance with associated company policies,



procedures and internal controls
Compute and post GAAP accounting entries (leases, intangibles, impairment and other GAAP adjustments)
Review of manual journals
Conduct variance analysis and prepare reconciliations
Period end close, variance analysis of P & L, B & S
Assist in audits and preparation of financial statements under US GAAP
Consolidate Balance-sheet Reconciliations for entire group.
Create detailed accounting procedures and confirm compliance
Chart of accounts and cost centre master management
Demonstrate strong controls ensuring compliance all group policies and procedures

Team player, ability to work with virtual, global teams, ability to work with limited supervision
Deep understanding of basic accounting principles and their application
Expertise of working on spreadsheets and MS office
Knowledge of Accounting system- Excellent Plains and Net suite is preferred

Educational Qualification: CA

Work Experience: 2-3 years' experience in similar role post CA qualification
