Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. Day-to-day activities include scheduling client meetings, conducting product demos, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves regular field travel within and around Indore, maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, and reporting performance and market feedback to the sales manager.



The Field Sales Executive also collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
Proven skills in field sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Ability to identify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Comfort with on-site field work, including frequent travel within Indore and nearby regions.
Basic proficiency in using mobile and desktop tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).
a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales is highly beneficial.
