Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain production-grade frontends using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.- Work with backend services written in Go and databases in Postgres.- Collaborate closely with design and legal teams to ship end-to-end features.- Take ownership of full features - from database schema design to React components.- Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture; experience building and evolving design systems.- Strong proficiency with Go backend services and Postgres, including schema design, query optimisation, and migrations.- Experience mentoring engineers and raising team-wide engineering quality.- Sharp instinct for reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility in high-stakes, real-world environments.- Uphold high standards with extensive unit tests,



linters and end-to-end tests in both frontend and backend.- Proactively suggest and prototype current ideas to improve the product.Qualifications :- Minimum 6+ years of experience working on production GoLang with some exp in react/TypeScript codebases.- Proven experience shipping complex UIs and building reusable React components.- Familiarity with Go backend services and Postgres database design.- Strong focus on reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility.- Bonus: Experience working with audio APIs and GraphQL.
